Thank you for shopping with Battlegrain Engraving and Customs. Every item we sell is handcrafted with pride and precision. Please read below for details on our shipping process and what to expect.

 

 

Made-to-Order Production

 

 

All of our products are made to order. We do not keep inventory sitting on a shelf — each piece is created individually after you place your order. This ensures that you receive a unique, freshly made product every time.

 

 

Active Duty Military Notice

 

 

Battlegrain is a one-man operation proudly run by an active duty U.S. Coast Guard Chief. Because of this, I balance order production with military responsibilities. I appreciate your patience and understanding while I serve both my country and my customers.

 

 

Processing Time

 

 

  • Standard Production Time: 3–5 business days

  • Custom or Complex Orders: May take 5–7 business days depending on design complexity and workload
    You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and another when it has shipped.

 

 

 

Shipping Time

 

 

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Coasters: $5 flat rate per order

    • Cutting Boards: $10 flat rate per order

    • Larger items (like plaques or custom projects): Calculated at checkout or by direct quote

  • Free Shipping: Available for U.S. orders over $150

 

 

 

Tracking

 

 

All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

 

 

Delays & Communication

 

 

While I aim to stay on schedule, occasional delays may occur due to military duty. I’ll always keep you informed if anything affects your order timeline.
