Refund Policy

At Battlegrain Engraving and Customs, every item is made to order and handcrafted with care by a single craftsman—an active duty U.S. Coast Guard Chief. Because of the time and effort put into each piece, we operate under a no-refund policy, with some flexibility under special circumstances.

 

 

All Sales Are Final

 

 

Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

 

• Buyer’s remorse

• Customization errors made by the buyer (e.g., incorrect dates, misspelled names, etc.)

• Changes of mind after production has begun

 

 

However, we are a small business that values integrity and customer satisfaction. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, we encourage you to reach out. We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a solution at our discretion.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

 

To qualify for a replacement:

 

1. Contact us at William.Cusic@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery

2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging

3. Based on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund

 

 

Note: We may request return of the original item before a replacement is issued.

 

 

Shipping Damage

 

 

We pack all orders securely, but once an item leaves our hands, things can happen in transit. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if there is visible damage. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier or replacing your item if needed.

 

 

Cancellations

 

 

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, materials may have been prepared or production may already be underway.
