All items are handmade and crafted to order. This means:

 

• No mass production – everything is custom built after your order is placed

• Processing time typically takes 3–5 business days (or longer for complex orders)

• As a one-man operation run by an active duty U.S. Coast Guard Chief, production timelines may be affected by military obligations. We appreciate your understanding.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Orders & Payment

 

 

• We accept major credit cards and secure payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Wix Payments).

• Orders are not processed until full payment is received.

• Custom or personalized orders cannot be modified once production begins.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Shipping

 

 

• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking provided.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
